Our main priority is to use technology to make casino employee’s jobs easier. The iPad is an exciting new technology that makes doing tasks that normally require walking over to a terminal much more natural. You also lose connection with the customer when you walk to the terminal or have to run paper around. The mobility of the iPad allows you to keep these connections and remove the memory loss of moving from point A to point B to impute data. Our system can use cards to identify club members, but it is not a requirement. It is up to the individual casino whether or not to use club cards. Our system also allows players to be identified using a name, phone number, I.D. card or other unique identifying number.

Our system functions as a player tracking system whether or not your casino has a rewards club or your customers have physical club cards. If you prefer to track players without cards, our system will allow you to identify them by name, phone number, I.D. card, or other unique identifying number.
